Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Trym was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Bardryn is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gifted student she started as a Mayor, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. He has a hunchback. He wears his brown hair down. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Himo is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Himo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Himo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His hair is silver and curly. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Azaki embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Azaki took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy
