History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Biri was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Biri's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
