She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
