Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has moderate length red fur. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Fragrant alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Fragrant was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and she feels threatened by others

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her blonde hair is long and unkept. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she very much looks the part of a Mayor. Her hair is golden and curly. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 14. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Arnold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arnold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Hrathy was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. His golden hair is long and unkept. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Seamstress born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Morgran does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
