Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: Bertram is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Bertram lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Scribe.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Gorga was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She tends to her Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand her business

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Mara was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Mara reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She struck the Shoemaker job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is fixated on the number 53. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Harbek was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants revenge against giants
