History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Pígug took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Kaladan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kaladan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Tiaathque hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
