History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone.
