History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a Barkeep soon after.

History: Roland was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
