Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Two Llamas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has taken up work as a Unemployed and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Ekemon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Jeweler, and he later adopted a second son.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Drifting abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Yvonne grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
