Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Efferil will drive conversation. Efferil is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
