Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. The war was a terrible time for her, and Rieta does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Spear is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Burgell was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
