Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Painter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Gifted from a young age, Mardnab studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Ranger school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She has worked as a Painter like her father before her.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fabien fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Bendoo was born the youngest of three triplets. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and regain custody of her son
