Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His purple hair is long and unkept. He has a dull look in his black eyes.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Sammal began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Ghûra was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This tall, slender woman is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, white shirt, and red tie. Her long chestnut hair reaches down to her waist. She has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Shepherd but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is content

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was born in the east. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She keeps her blonde hair in a pixie cut. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Brakka was born with her mother's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
