History: Merla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Merla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
