History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Barakas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Barakas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Barakas. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Cloud was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student she started as a Dyer, but she got bored and became a Barrister. She's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
