Description: This man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
