He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Zanna took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
