History: Avelina hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Avelina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again; and balancing his hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in the west. After coming to the age of reason, Raer took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a butcher again
