History: Ella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Jo never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Rurik was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
