Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His brown fur is braided into rings. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Trail and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She has golden hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Irann was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When Irann reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: She was born in the west. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This malnourished man wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his top yellow hat.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a great chef.
History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: Born in the west to a Slave Trader, Naivara learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but she was a colossal failure. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
