Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears suspenders and pastel workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy pastel leather apron most of the time. His beige fur is matted, messy, and big. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep copper.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Armorer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: She is a husky woman, who prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She comes from a rich western family. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears dull tan sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Virra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Virra. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a white coat with yellow slacks. She wears her chestnut hair down. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Shipwright arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Oriax is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and wants to open a new tavern
