History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student she started as a Locksmith, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She comes from a rich northern family. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Dara alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
