History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Beast was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to giants.
