Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Tanglar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult; and to be a miller again

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Mercenary. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Mercenary but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Anne has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Brewer. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: Garl hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hrathy studied abroad. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He takes great joy in being the best Bather in town.
History: Beast was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Gifted from a young age, Nuraval studied abroad. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
