History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Wiggens hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Hillanot was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
