Rathkran was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: Roondar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roondar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Zanna was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Miner kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
