Phelaia decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Howard has worked very hard to control his curse. He now owns his own business.

He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
