History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Ghaliver was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
