His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a Roofer, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has worked as a Stylist like her mother before her.

History: She got into the Unemployed business at a young age. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now owns her own business.
