Description: This slender man stands about 4'11". He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He has green eyes and a tan hat with a blue feather.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When Lucan reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Lucan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is an amazing painter.
History: Krimmon was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was born in the west. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Roofer. She became a Roofer soon after.
Motivation: She is greedy; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a grey tunic with white highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Oloric took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

He has a hunchback. His brown fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His copper eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Apothecary born in the past three hundred years. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Apothecary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Apothecary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a masseuse again

Description: This man wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple red line shooting up and back down, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His fur is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
