History: Siffress lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pirithin embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She became a Layabout soon after.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Gorbundus wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
