History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by drow. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Gargax was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mercenary. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hobart studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family.
