History: Volen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: She was born in the east. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bilga was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gifted student she started as a Bounty Hunter, but she got bored and became a Mortician. She now owns her own business.
