Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Rael enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Priest, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Eldon was born the youngest of three triplets. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
