Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a black coat with blue slacks, marred by chocolates. He has no hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Cockaby is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kaladan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Zedaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears dull black sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Varg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.

Personality: Saphara hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and money/treasure

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. Marigold is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Marigold abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
