Personality: Chem wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
