His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Bertram was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student she started as a Mortician, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She tends to her Doctor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and balancing her hectic life and new doctor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
