Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bhevek embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the north to a Mason, Bhevek learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. A freak accident while working with her Navigator mother left her crippled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Gardener, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
