History: Kathra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Adventurer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with her Laborer mother left her crippled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
