Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. History: Born in the south to a Knight, Bryseis learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Soveliss is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Soveliss was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Griselda is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has never given up on her writing dream.
