Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pearl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Baelitae speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Biri enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 90. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ethereal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Ethereal and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.
