Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Gimble was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is typically in his Healer uniform. His white crest is greasy and uncared for. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Medrash speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Medrash was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'7". She is dressed in a clean white cloak covering her clean studded leather. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nákra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tabaxi people; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. She wears a white cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. She has a hunchback. Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her broad white hat.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Jeweler.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Art was born with his father's beautiful face. Art abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Knight business.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His childhood dream was to be a Healer, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Knight like his father before him.
