History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Assassin arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Painter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and regain custody of his son

Description: This woman has the majority of her body covered in plate. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on her left hand. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Ellyjoybell reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kildrak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kildrak. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
