Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Kûga hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Kûga alone in the world. History: Born to a Miller, his father struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
