Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly sickles and greatswords. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Fargrim was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He is portly but not overly obese. He has shaved his head bald. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and wants to raise his children well

History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Koth was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Glassblower.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born in the east. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Two Llamas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
