Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is wearing a long, red cloak. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Krimmon began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. His fur is red and very short. His eyes are likewise green.
Personality: River hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: River lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. River was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to work out more often

He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Half-Orc compassion.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born into a rich family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Zykroff hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Farmer.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears a colorful flower in his dark red hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Mormo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
