History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Donella has worked very hard to control her curse. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
