Description: This woman stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She dresses like a well dressed Herbalist does. She keeps her long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Althaea hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. The war was a terrible time for her, and Althaea does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Herbalist like her mother before her.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carpenter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Duergath grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Tawna reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
