Personality: Mehen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bather business.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Quelenna took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scythe and armor she uses now. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman has the majority of her body covered in plate. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. She is baby faced.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her head has been shaved. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bucklal isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and retire the richest man in the south
