History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult.

His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Wiggan and his spouse have recently divorced.
